For app or purchase help, email us using the contact link below. Include your app version, iOS version and a short description. Do not send passwords, payment details, health records or screenshots containing personal dose information.
Restore or cancel Pro
In Vialday Settings, select Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account. Manage or cancel recurring subscriptions in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Request refunds through Apple's Report a Problem service.
Reminders and Health
Check Vialday reminder settings, iOS notification permissions and Focus settings. Apple Health access is optional and controlled in the Health app. Vialday cannot provide medical advice or emergency assistance.
Export, delete and iCloud
CSV import is available without Pro; CSV/PDF export requires Pro. Settings > Delete all data removes Vialday's personal records, including its private iCloud store when synchronization is available. Apple Health samples and exported files must be managed separately.
