Privacy policy
Your personal records
Vialday requires no separate account. Protocols, doses, compounds, vial inventory, injection sites, journal notes and weight entries are stored on your device and may sync to your private iCloud database when available. We do not receive the contents of these records through our analytics, purchase or notification services. Files you export are shared only with the destination you choose.
Apple Health
With your permission, Vialday can read weight, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and sleep, and write weight to Apple Health. HealthKit readings are processed on your device and are not sent to our analytics, purchase or notification services. Manage permissions in Apple Health. Removing Vialday records does not remove samples already saved in Apple Health.
Service data
Firebase Analytics processes an app-instance identifier, device/app information and usage events, such as opening a screen or using a feature. Events can include interaction metadata such as logging source or schedule type, but not compound names, dose amounts, sites, journal text or health readings. RevenueCat processes an app user identifier, purchase receipts, subscription status and the Firebase app-instance identifier to provide purchases and related measurement. Apple handles payment details. Our notification service and Firebase Messaging process a device identifier, notification tokens when enabled, app/device information, language, time zone, notification permission and subscription tier to deliver messages. Marketing notifications are optional and off by default.
Your choices and deletion
Turn off usage analytics in Vialday Settings. Control reminders and marketing notifications separately in the app and iOS settings. Use Settings > Delete all data to remove personal records from Vialday and its private iCloud store; synchronization may take time. Manage iCloud and Apple Health separately in Apple settings. Purchase records may need to remain for restoration and transaction obligations. For service-data access or deletion requests, contact support; never post health records publicly.
Retention and service providers
Personal logs remain until you delete them. Technical and purchase data are retained under the applicable service settings and operational or legal requirements; we cannot erase Apple's own transaction records. Apple, Google/Firebase and RevenueCat process service data under their own privacy terms, potentially in other countries. We do not sell your personal records or use HealthKit data for advertising. Contacting support shares the information you choose to send, so omit dose details and health records unless necessary.
This website and changes
These static pages use no added analytics, advertising or cookies. Firebase Hosting may process visitor IP addresses and technical logs to serve and secure the site. This notice may change when app behavior changes; the update date appears below. Contact support for questions or requests about your data.
Approximate location
Firebase Analytics can derive general location from masked IP addresses for analytics. Vialday does not request device location permission or collect GPS coordinates.
